Return Policy

You may send almost any unused item back to us within 14 days from the date when you received the order.

Generally, you can send us emails (sales@safepins.eu) with details for your wanted returned items.

Please make sure that you understand our Return Policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Safepins.eu reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

Return Steps

1. Send an email or contact us on DM instagram (@safepinseu), specify the order number;

2. Describe complete reasons and details for return;

If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry;

3. Our manager will check  firstly and agree;

4. After agreeing on the details, we will provide our return address;

5. Return your items;

6. We have received the goods and will refund your money or give you a discount on your next order.

Return conditions

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt of the jewelry for exchange or refund. We only accept jewelry in their original condition.
• Returns without our confirmation would not be accepted.
• Refunds will be issused back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order.
• We cannot refund or beresponsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
• You pay the shipping cost unless we are at fault for the return.
